“I have used Happy Happy for the last 10 months. I have had no issues with this facility. During the floods we had recently as well as the severe storms with tornadoes about 2 miles away, I was informed that the storage facility was unharmed in each storm as well as how to get to the facility due to road closures on the normal routes if I needed to access my belongings by email from management. Super affordable for the location and that it is climate controlled. Facility is super clean, and I LOVED that I could use an app to enter the facility meaning that only people with their own units could access any of the units helped my worries with security. Hopefully, I will not find myself needing to utilize a storage facility in the future but if I do find myself in a similar predicament, I will definitely return to Happy Happy.”

“The two young men who came to move an extremely heavy old piano had a major task before them. No additional help was available, but the two worked hard at dismantling the piano as much as possible so that it could be removed. They arrived on time, cleaned up well, and were very pleasant the entire time. I'm very pleased with their efforts.”

“This location has been great to me while dealing with a terrible move. And they've worked with me on moving out and made everything SO much easier than what I feared it would be. I definitely recommend this location for the people for sure.”

“The staff members I talk to are always very kind and I like that they call to remind me I am past due instead of just leaving it be and me possibly losing all of my stuff. But, no fault of the team members, I do not like how they jacked the prices to about 3 times more than what it started at.”

“Great location and affordable. Get on the wait list if there’s no units available. We used a smaller, more expensive unit at a different facility until one opened with Columbus Storage. Worth the wait!”

“I had a storage unit here for maybe 6 months. The facility was always clean, the managers of the units were very responsive and the one time I had an issue, it was taken care of within an hour. I really like this storage facility and if I need external storage again, I will definitely go here.”

“The people that run grow storage are always nice and polite and very helpful. You can get a hold of them at just about any time of the day. They call you right back if they didn't answer your call. I would recommend Gross storage in Columbus Indiana, to anyone who needs a storage unit. It isn't a big company that owns it. It's a family man. Keep your money close to home. That's what I say. Help a family man out instead of a corporation.”

3543 W 2 Mile House Rd, Columbus IN 47201
“I made 6 different attempts to get a unit from other places but the unit prices after all the different fees were no where near their advertised prices or everything was automated and couldn't talk with an actual person. Storage facility number seven was Westside and I was lucky. Connected with a human after the first ring and my unit secured within 5 minutes. A+ in my book!”

“Great customer service, made it extremely easy to extend the rental for an additional day without any issues. Rental was very clean and entire process was quick and easy , even on a holiday weekend. There were two customers ahead of me, and the wait was still less than 15 minutes. I used the online app for an after hours return and the process was simple with easy to follow instructions.”
