“Storage unit was available when I needed it. Not as clean as what I expected, so I covered the entire floor in diatomaceous earth & glue traps at the door to catch crickets. They made a mistake on my move out date by 4 months. They gave me the refunds for those 4 months to make things right. They really do call you and try to make things right if you've missed payments. I would highly recommend them, their prices can't be beat, and they are human and ready to serve. Thank you, Ogle Storage!”
“I have used Happy Happy for the last 10 months. I have had no issues with this facility. During the floods we had recently as well as the severe storms with tornadoes about 2 miles away, I was informed that the storage facility was unharmed in each storm as well as how to get to the facility due to road closures on the normal routes if I needed to access my belongings by email from management. Super affordable for the location and that it is climate controlled. Facility is super clean, and I LOVED that I could use an app to enter the facility meaning that only people with their own units could access any of the units helped my worries with security. Hopefully, I will not find myself needing to utilize a storage facility in the future but if I do find myself in a similar predicament, I will definitely return to Happy Happy.”

I would recommend Gross storage in Columbus Indiana, to anyone who needs a storage unit. It isn't a big company that owns it. It's a family man. Keep your money close to home. That's what I say. Help a family man out instead of a corporation.”
