So last night I went through the drive-thru and I just want to say that the woman was thrilled that I tried to take a photo of the QR code on the window to leave a review that way. She was super friendly, got my order correct. Food was hot and fresh and I didn't have to hand back my drink and ask for no ice because she made it without ice the first time. Super happy. Thanks!!! ?

Absolutely horrible. We wont be back. Ordered a Pulled Pork Cheeseburger with no pickles. Came with 6 yes SIX PICKLES and NO CHEESEBURGER. Tator Tots were old and COLD. He ordered a bacon cheeseburger and he got a COLD CHEESEBURGER. No bacon. Old and cold tots. His cheese coney is now making him sick to his stomach bc it was old and cold. I ordered a pretzel. It was cold also. The first bag that was given to us wasn't even our order. It was 2 corn dogs. So we handed it back and told her it wasn't even our order. Then she hands us our order. We paid $25 for the nastiest food in Columbus. That's a shame the only sonic around and it's so disgusting. I can say this much with certainty-we will never be back.

Parking: I think that everyone here is super grown every time me and my husband come they always go above and beyond especially. Alexis and blake are great managers and doing a wonderfull Job. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience. The employees were hiding in the back and turned off the lights at 9:15 pretending not to see us. They are open until ten and we were waiting for 20 mins at the counter and after serving the person in front of us ignored our order. We then went through the drive through and they proceeded to turn off the lights and hide. This is not the way any store should be run and frankly these lazy children should be fired. Would give negative stars if I could. We will never be back.

I want to start this by saying I’m a very patient and understanding person. I hate that I have to make this review and never like giving a bad review but I’m fed up. I love going to sonic. I love the food but the customer service there is HORRIBLE. First of all TWO of their stalls were down when we went one time and had no signs on them to tell us that. Then we went back like a month later and those SAME TWO STALLS were STILL down with no signs. They finally have signs on them now. Every time I go now I just go to the drive through and they make us sit and wait for so long before they answer us. Today was the tipping point. A guy named Blake was taking our order and after we ordered one thing he just gave us our total instead of asking if there was more. We told him there was more and there was nothing but silence on his end so we waited for at least some acknowledgement that he heard us and we pulled forward and backed up to hit the sensor again and he answered then after we told him for a second time we still had more he said “yeah I still have you pulled up” so then we finished the order with no acknowledgement and no total given at the end. So then we call and ask for the general manager so we could tell them about the last couple times on how our experience has gone. Blake answered and told us he was the GM and I just find that very hard to believe. I hate that they treat customers this way bc again they have really good food but this is just ridiculous.

We ordered food yesterday at 10pm on the app, because everything said Sonic closes at 11. We waited roughly 15 minutes for our food, watched the screen say it was being made, then said it was on its way out. Nothing came after 5 minutes. I went up to the door to see what’s going on, and a kind young lady went and helped. The boy in the back canceled our order because apparently they close at 10pm. Next time inform us rather than let us sit there so we don’t wait for nothing. It was a frustrating experience, please update the hours and fix your app.

Clearly none of the employees care to actually get my food out to me. After ordering waited over 20 minutes before pushing the button again with no response, the restaurant was dead, maximum of maybe 4 customers. Got tired of waiting so went up to window to ask where it was, a very confused employee says they can’t find my order. It was as if it had never been placed to begin with. This instance where they lose my order and have no idea it was even placed has not happened once but TWICE! Will not be returning.

Placed a mobile order, that my husband picked up. He let them know twice he was waiting outside for the order. Both times he was told they would be right out. 35 minutes after he arrived he had to walk up to retrieve the food. So of course the food was cold. But on top of that, we were missing my portion of food and the ketchup for our onion rings. I called and was told that they would give us the missing corn dogs but wouldn’t replace the cold food because our order was too large to replace. I spent $26 on food I have to throw away because it’s cold and nasty. Onion rings and hot dog buns get gross when microwaved. Your customer service is as bad as this cold food.

Came in at 8 and waited 45 minutes just to realize they aren't here when they are supposed to be open. Hire non lazy workers. I'd put 0 stars if I could. Not coming back.
