I book a storage unit with Extra Space and in the beginning, they offered me a good price and with a discounted offer where I needed pay in advance for 3 initial months and I did so. I am out of the country at the moment and all of a sudden, they increased the monthly rent by 3x and when I called and asked them and they just said this is an annual price increase disregarding the discount that I initially got, and they even told me that the price will not increase. If they tell you anything like that do not believe them but get it in writing. This is terrible to do to a customer to increase the price of all of a sudden so high from the initial agreed upon where the customer is not in States at the moment and stuck with them :(

Just so expensive & they charged me $21 when they cut my lock with out my permission.. i understand it was locked open . But i still feel they couldve called and told me that. I wouldve came and locked back up but instead i get a phone call while at work that they cut my lock and were charging me $21 .. on top of the $81 5x10 storage. I really didnt have the money but i paid it. Hopefully ill have a place soon and i wont have deal with this i been using this place for over a year a long time and im never late on my bill anyway
.. they have good security i can say that

Good for temporary storage or items in totes but these units do not seem well sealed for furniture storage long term. There was quite a bit of debris, mold, and bugs on my furniture after 1 year of storage.
