Had a blowout on I-74. They were able to get us right in. The staff were very patient with me in explaining my options of tires. One of the guys even tended to my ailing daughter with a footstool to help relieve her pain. The crew very quickly serviced our vehicle to get us back on the road for our several hours long trip.

Went in today on a Sunday, I had a screw in my tire, the gentleman greeted me fast, told him my problem, he got me in real fast, didn’t take long at all, the service was great as well as the price, my first time there, he won me as a guaranteed customer next time for my needs, definitely recommend them

Not a tire issue, that part was fine. I live out of town and was visiting friends when it was decided I needed tires. Got the tires on and paid. They never showed the invoice, just told us the total and we paid. They put it in a red pouch and we left. When I got home I discovered they had someone else's name and address on the invoice. When we called to ask them for a corrected invoice they said they couldn't edit it. They changed their tune when I reminded them that they made the mistake. We went in and gave them the
correct information and they still messed it up. It better not effect my warranty. I live 2 hrs away and don't want any issues with my local tire barn if the need arises to fix anything. They seemed bothered by the fact we asked them to fix it. And it still isn't correct.

If you are not getting your tire needs at Tire Barn you are wasting your time. I was traveling and ran over a nail that got stuck in my tire. Pulled up as soon as they opened and they where all smiles even though I didn't have an appointment and they had a Client appointment really soon. They got me in got me and my children comfortable got us fix up and back on the road. Thank you so much tire. Barn. Y'all came through in a time of need. Recommending to anyone who will listen

Jared (or Jerry not sure if I heard his name right) was very helpful!!! Though my tire was unrepairable, he was very helpful in finding me a payment option that worked for me so that I could get myself a new tire put on and send me on my way! He really saved my bacon!!!! Thank you man!!!!!!
