Nails look okay. They do not take card, contrary to what is online. They told me to use their atm in store. CASH ONLY. (I was not told until after it was time to pay). The man working on the ladies nails sitting next to me was complaining about how long her nail designs were taking to do. Just not the nicest staff. Politely, I will not be coming here again.

If you are serious about your eyebrows do not go here for that. I have been going for years and they’ve done great but the last two times they’ve messed up my eyebrows so bad like they look terrible and I am not one to complain but I didn’t want anyone else to go through that too

Slightly disappointed; my toenails were not clipped or squared off what so ever. Also, not sure if it is something that is supposed to be done but usually when getting my nails done they are sure to clean under the nail which was not done here! I was asked to pay before finishing drying and hadn’t had the chance to look at them. If I would have saw them prior to paying, I would have been able to say something or base my tip off of quality??

Was told the wait was 30 minutes. Waited almost two hours and then got told the nail design I wanted was going to cost $1 per rhinestone. There are 8 rhinestones per nail. Go anywhere else.
Update: went to Venus Nails down the street and they would do the design for $65.

Update January 2024: I only go here for my pedicures and acrylic nails now. I started going here when my long-time tech moved out of state. Linh is the professional who does my nails, and she has never disappointed me yet! I take her pictures or ideas, and she delivers beautiful results. I love the atmosphere... they are usually laughing and joking with each other or the customers. The facility is clean and bright, and all the chairs work! May sound silly, but that's one reason I quit going to another salon.My feet feel SO DARN good after a pedicure at Top Nail; they ensure they address any issues or concerns you have. Pricing is reasonable, and I love the job Linh does, and when I see the finished results on other customers' nails, they look great, too!

Worst experience I’ve ever had from a nail salon. I came in to get a new set and remove the old ones I had. The nail tech was aggressively removing my nails to the point where she ripped off my actual nail and it started bleeding. When she realized she didn’t even try to clean it or put anything on it. She continued to try to take it off which hurt pretty bad. She then had be dip my nail in acetone but before she did that I asked if I could wash the blood off my finger cuz like w t f ? i asked her if it was gonna burn before I dipped it and she said just a little. Well that wasn’t true , I had it dipped for maybe 5 second and I had to take my finger out because I was almost in tears. After that I decided I did not want to get my nails done there anymore & when I told her she proceeded to charge me $15 for removing 6 nails! I’m livid and do not recommend this place to anyone.
