They keep putting my mail and packages on the ground outside away from the carport. Doesn't matter if it's raining or not. There is a box on the porch to put packages in. They did it a few times but now I come home and they are on the ground.

Been in columbus for almost 2 decades and usps has always been great with me. I've had excellent mail men/women on my routes. The downtown office, all though busy sometimes, has always done a good job. Thank you :)
