Five stars for a worker named Adam! He helped my dad with his phone, that took forever due to dealing with another person who didn’t know what they were doing from Verizon’s customer service hotline. What we thought was going to be A simple process turned into this most confusing and complicated situation that had me and the worker from Verizon (Adam) in shock! Adam did a great job by being patient and taking care of my dad! Thank you!

This store has the worst customer service. Except on weekends when a gentleman tried to help, during weekdays, I had a bad experience. Anything outside of the basic support, there are two ladies that wouldn't want to even try. Cannot do it and call customer support is their go to answer. Had been there 4 times, and not once have I got an answer other than no. Not even "let me try to help you." Just sheer cold no, or we can not help you. The same issue, the local authorized dealer did the exact opposite, went above and beyond to help resolve the issue.

The customer service is horrible here. The woman didn't even want to look at me ? Put me on the phone w customer service and told me to leave. Lmao what a joke. Older lady wearing a collared shirt.
