“My sweet cat Tiny had been very sick recently and unfortunately the best option for her was to put her to sleep. I was alone at the appointment because my partner was at work and devastated to be losing my best friend of 8 years. The entire staff took so much care with Tiny and made the entire process easy on me. Every small detail of the process was explained to me beforehand and I was given as much time as I needed with her before and even after the procedure. I was given some of her fur and they even took the time to shave her pawpad to get me a good pawprint of her front paw. The vet assured me I was making the right choice and during the procedure she consoled Tiny right along with me like she was losing a friend as well. Can't thank everyone enough for how kind and caring they were! Tinys mom is still with me and she will be receiving all her vet care at this office from now on.”
