The pharmacist's at this location are so kind and knowledgeable! They actually care! Husband has a sensitive prescription that he can't miss a day without or our whole lives would be turned upside down. Explained to the main pharmacist 7 years ago, they didn't get mad or frustrated. He treated us really well and completely understood. Haven't ever had an issue, they work with our insurance, our costs to save. 25 years at CVS just to have a pharmacist treat me horribly. Switched to Walgreens, I suggest you do the same, you won't be sorry. Thank you and your whole staff for the quality of service you provide to us and our community

The incompetent pharmacy staff member this date 05/25/2024, at the Walgreens store #10857, 2140 W. Jonathan Moore Pike Columbus, IN 47201, has got to be the worst one I've had the misfortune of dealing with here. I will no longer put up with the overall terrible customer service, mishandling of my prescriptions, and overall lack of any concern for the well being of those who depend on them for their prescribed needs.

To the 2 young ladies closing tonight…you both should be ashamed of yourselves for the way you treated a customer earlier. No one should sit in their car and cry after leaving a store because of how the employees treated them. To the management: I don’t know who was supervising tonight, but I can imagine had they been close by things would have gone differently. At least I would hope so. Either way, they need more training.

My prescription was sent in Saturday. I got a notification sunday at close my prescription was ready for pickup. I arrived a half an hour later. Who knew they closed at 3pm. Now Monday I arrive at 130pm and they once again refused to provide me my prescription as they were leaving for lunch. Seems in Columbus indiana a good pharmacy is not possible. Now I have to go back to work without my prescription for the 3rd day in a row. Thank God I don't need these medications to live as they would rather you die than provide a timely service to their customers. If this was the first time that its happened I wouldn't be leaving this review. However anytime I need my inhaler seems they don't care at all. Don't ever expect same day services in Columbus better try finding a proper pharmacy as this place is just as bad as cvs down the street. Leaving this review you'd think things might change. However corporate and management don't care.
