Maybe you guys can instruct your daytime cashier with glasses and long grey hair to stop harassing every customer with her political agenda. Look, were just trying to live our lives and do our jobs. If YOU don't tell her to just keep her opinions to herself - then I sure will make sure to let her know next time 👍

I have had issues at North Vernon and now at Columbus. I was only given 1/2 of my script when I picked it up at the Columbus location. I was supposed to be picking it up in North Vernon, but they were closed due to not having a pharmacist. I was not upset by the fact they didn't have a full supply, but was disappointed that they didn't make me aware before I drove off. I just called North Vernon and the automated system said it wouldn't be available until after noon on Wednesday. I called Columbus. I asked if it would be a full refill. The tech said yes, but then said wait it will only be a partial. After waiting on hold for about 20 minutes, the pharmacist said it will be a full script. I tried to ask why this is an ongoing issue. She talked over top of me and told me I could go to another pharmacy if I wanted to be sure to get my refills timely. She proceeded to ask if I wanted to cancel my refill. This is absolutely the worst customer service. As I told her, with this attitude Walgreens will have even fewer customers and she will not be needed. Yes, I recognize pharmacist are in high demand. However, there is no reason to speak over a customer that is wondering why they are not keeping enough in stock to fill scripts that are routine.

They send a text that my meds are ready for pick up and when I get there there was a long line and only one register was open . Instead of opening another register. I waited in line for 25 minutes. And on other days the line is long and still they don’t open another register after they sent me a text the meds are ready to pick up and when I get there it’s not even ready.

I love the staff here because I was looking for a certain item when I came in and they were helpful in trying to help me find it so I was trying to find the new Coca-Cola Oreos and they told me that they had saw them and we're trying to help me find it and I ended up finding something else I was looking for but I couldn't find the item but they were still helpful and after I checked out the lady that was working at the counter told me that I could go to somewhere else to find it which was very helpful I definitely think that she should deserve a raise and also the lady that helped me.

I don't know why I haven't done this sooner. Due to my son's insurance we aren't able to go to the pharmacy at CVS so we have to go to the terrible place. If you can help it AVOID this pharmacy at all cost. They constantly lie about receiving the prescription from the Dr. Office. The wait time for a prescription is ridiculous. Sometimes if I don't need the medicine right away, I'll wait until the end of the day to pick up or the next day. I kid you not, IT STILL WON'T BE READY. I don't know if this is all due to being understaffed or what because this has been going on five years that I have experienced this terrible customer service. I don't want to sound like I am just completely hating on this place because I have had a few good experiences there as well. But I can count the good experiences on one hand vs the bad experiences that I couldn't count on both hands or toes. If you want to save yourself the frustration, just go somewhere else. We are going to have to figure something out because no family should have to wait this long on their sick child's medicine.

Generally speaking, things hv gone smoothly there for getting my meds filled quickly & efficiently. There are several staff members who are extremely nice & helpful, & even know my name before I even hv to tell them! It's is so much better dealing with Walgreens than their competitor right across the street, whichI shall stay un-named.....

Had to drive there 3 different times to fill an inhaler, then they filled it at the one on 46, but I get there and it's not filled. You've lost my service. I'll be going to CVS from now on.

This pharmacy used to be very good and helpful but the last several times I’ve picked up prescriptions they have been rude, unhelpful and out of basic medications that other pharmacies have. Switching to Kroger.
