Would absolutely avoid the auto service center. How the fuck am I suppose to retorque my wheel if the dummy doesn't know how to use a wheel lock key. Seriously? She stripped the entire key so now I gotta go pay someone who is actually competent to remove all my wheel locks. Does that chick know what she's doing? And then doesn't even tell me she stripped it lol

They're amazing. They were so helpful and really caring, at a time I was going through some very scary health issues, that I'm still dealing with. They have been very helpful through it.

Been using this pharmacy for some time now and I'm very happy with the service I get. The pharmacists are always very nice and friendly. I've had problems with other pharmacies before but haven't had any problems here.

Almost always kind and courteous. We all have bad days though.

I refill my prescriptions using the Walmart app which is easy. If it’s a new prescription then I call as soon as I leave the Doctor’s office to make sure it gets processed. I love that this location has the drive through pharmacy. The only negative thing I have to say is that they don’t always run both of my insurances so I end up having to remind them.

Every time I refill , I show up to pick up, wait in line for 39 minutes for them to say that it has yet to be processed. Have to wait.. which means waiting in line again.. usually a total of over an hour of my time wasted. Transferring rx

The Columbus, Indiana Walmart. Turned out to be like a Walmart. Really this one was clean I was happy. Seemed to be set up similar to some of the Walmart's I have shopped at. I love to look at the clearance aisles, but I couldn't find it So I had to go on a Walmart worker hunt. Found one in the clothes section. So what do I do I ask "where is your clearance section in this Walmart" the lady looked at me strange So I thought maybe she only heard part of my question so I repeated it. She and said I don't know. So there we stand turning our heads looking around like it would just show up. She really had no clue. So on the hunt for another worker jackpot found and she directed me to it. Boy that was a chore for nothing this Walmart only had 1 yes 1 aisle of clearance . Oh well. Off to Sams Club I went it was next door that is a bonus!!

I have been going here for over 8 months & this month i had issues not only with ordering my medication, but with the inconsistency of the techs & the information i was given. One day i called after i submitted my medication for a refill on my walmart app to make sure it was in stock to get filled on the 29th day for convenience on my behalf to be told i couldnt pick up til the next day. This has never been a issue in the past!! NEVER. So when i called on the 30th day it took three times calling to finally get a tech to answer and when a tech did answer she said it was still to early & i had no refills. I of course then told the tech that today was the 30th day & that i auto filled on the online app & still have a refill and half left. I was then put on hold for over 5 minutes & just when i thought someone was going to answer the phone hung up. So i call back again & finally got the pharmacist on duty & explained my situation & that my insurance was billed 1, 124 dollars two days ago & no medication. I do think its wrong to bill my insurance but make me wait til to pick my meds up. She puts me on a brief hold & then told me they would get it ready. I then told her i would like to pick up within the hour & was assured that would be fine. So after i get off the phone i check my Walmart app for it to say 12pm it would be ready. Honestly at this point im thinking seriously after all this you want me to wait 2 half hours. Wow. When 12pm came around still no text alert. So yet again i call not once but twice before a answer to finally get the okay to pick up after 1pm. I now know the online app is not always accurate & when i fill online it can be frustrating to be told i have no refills. The reason i come to this pharmacy was for convenience & bc i was always treated good & never judged bc of my medication. This month i felt inconvenienced & like techs were rude & dismissed me fast. I can get treated that way at any other pharmacy but i have a convenience of a drive thru & people who always answer the phones.

A massive amount of credit card numbers were stole from this store and they haven't told anyone yet. You think they might want to notify people. Not only do they make you work at the self checkout lanes, but they are careless with your financial information. No thanks Amazon and Kroger's for now on.
