Extremely terrible experience here with said manager Courtney, when I was trying to return an item for which I didn’t have the receipt but it with my Walmart+ membership One card. They said items (new with tag never used), will be returned at half price but they had so much attitude and yelled at me and annoyed that I tried to return an item. I never had this experience with Merchant mile Walmart even for used items that were defective. When I confronted her that she doesn’t need to be so frustrated things took a turn and she become more so aggressive and kept calling me rude. This was my first time in this Walmart and would be my last time.
During part of tried return, I told them I am a busy professional and didn’t get a chance to return this item in window but when I called Walmart customer service they said I am Ok to return the item.
When I confronted her, she started yelling louder, and said just like you I also have a full time job and I had a full shift (8:30pm ish). Just because she had a full shift does not justify her behavior.
I am feeling entirely uncomfortable writing this review but the treatment but extremely subliminal and despite walking away from an improper conversation and she still continuing to yell, and me telling her “stop it” she kept continuing to yell. Anyhow, I left.
Just one more reason I am happy I stopped my Walmart+ membership.
If you need to use Walmart, please use Merchant mile on 46. I go there daily and everyone is super nice.
