Went in today to see if they had any old coins or 50 cent pieces and the lady gave me a very dirty look when I asked her if she could exchange the money from my Woodforest account. That was my first and LAST time going to this Woodforest location. The staff here act like their better than everyone. The people at the other Wal-Mart bank location are so much more professional.

I opened an account only for the check deposit purpose after relocating to Columbus because my primary bank doesn't have a branch or ATM here. I deposited small amount of two checks through a teller as it doesn't have an ATM for check deposit (surprisingly!), but they didn't go through. I finally revisited there after 11 days of monitoring online since my initial check deposit when opening the account took a few days to hit on my account. Unfortunately the bank said they couldn't find evidences of the two check deposits. Because I threw away the receipt, I couldn't get the money. For the past tens of years of my own financial management with banks, it was the first time for me to face this situation.

They seymour indiana branch has the most kindest compassion caring ppl in that facility. They help with need not normal banks would have. Branch manager ( barb) is the sweetest so please if you go to this bank please expect up most respect. Thank woodforest for giving ppl 2nd chances.... Cheryl mcdonald (Greensburg indiana)
