This internet provider is as bad as Frontier. The app is garbage and they are completely overpriced. My advice is to stay away. The price has went up at least 30.00 over the last two years. They are not THAT good

I recently went to the mobile and ditched Comcast after 25 years. It's so much cheaper and have had great service from T MOBILE. Comcast has terrible service and even worse customer support. Ditch them and give T MOBILE a chance . You won't regret it. Comcast......you have been terrible for years, but you was my only choice and you took advantage. Not anymore....

Today (10/19/23) I visited Xfinity/Comcast Store at 3051 Columbus Center, Columbus, IN 47203. I had to wait about 30 minutes before a representative could help me. While I waited, the manager (Peyton - spelling?) calmly handled an angry customer with kindness. That was commendable. When I was able to talk to a representative, Jade worked with me for 2 hours to resolve my xfinity Mobile network issuse. He was kind, easy to talk to, and genuinely seemed interested in seeing my problem resolved. All networks have problems, but Xfinity has always solved the few issues I have had. (Their representatives in Greenwood Indiana are just as good.) I have been with Xfinity since 2018, have 10 phone lines on my account and have no intent on leaving a company that works to resolve problems when they arrive, while giving me regularly great service at an unbeatable price. (I know I have checked.) If you want service go to the store, do not chat online or call.

This particular location is excellent. What I have found with Xfinity/Comcast is that their in-person people are great; however, it's their 1-800 line that is so horrible. They will do everything they can to keep you from speaking to a human being, and when you do finally talk to a human they will reroute you all over the place. I'm very happy with all my years with Xfinity, except for dealing with the stupid ridiculous 800 number. If Xfinity wants to be a better company, fix their 800 line.

Drove 1hr to pick up my equipment since xfinity is too incompetent to ship it to my address. Store was closed early due to "staffing issues" aka laziness. Xfinity is the worst company I have ever had misfortune of dealing with. Incredible

The worst go somewhere else. They will steal money from your account then act like nothing happened. I.e. if you owe on your bill let's say 150.00 and your account don't have but 100.00 they will run that through take the 100.00 not apply it to your balance and still say you owe 150.00 cause the whole 150.00 wasn't in your account.. trash. Don't use . Over priced anyways .

Find someone else. Internet problems for three weeks, waited nine days for a tech to come out and they canceled the visit without telling me. No call, text, or email. They offered a $7 credit on a $117 monthly bill. This cost them a seven year customer. Comcast and Xfinity are unreliable and have terrible customer service.

Comcast is just horrible absolutely Horrid!!! my wife and kids as well as myself come home to Comcast knocking a birds nest off the pole with babies in the nest this is illegal and I am taking action think god utopia wildlife was able to save the baby bird I don’t have much to say as I am very upset about this situation

The technician wasn’t able to find the input wire that my non-technical wife and I were able to see after a 5 second search around the base of the siding. Was redirected from online chat to a phone chat and the agent was still unable to help. Had to wait over a week for another installation appointment even though our appointment was still active. Avoid at all cost- use any other internet provider

Phone number takes you to automation and then an agent from another country I can not understand. He was nice but still could not understand his conversation.
