The service department is SO slow! Had a scheduled app for 8 a.m. was early even. First in line and still took 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation! I will not go back there, ever!

I would not recommend the Service Department to anyone. My truck was there for 3 Days and they told me according to the Ford Handbook that my Truck would need major repair costing thousands of dollars. I even asked them to check for leaks in the charge air cooler Tube. They said there was no leak. I took it to a more experienced professional Ford Dealer and there was clearly a crack in the tube. When asked to remedy the situation service manager Greg Conley hung up on me and refused to answer the phone. I was contacted by the owner Curry Meece. He told me he’d look into it and never got back to me. Terrible service and matching customer service. Worst experience with a Ford Dealer by far.
