I absolutely love our Kroger. Very friendly and helpful staff. I have to brag on Tracy one of the managers there. She is absolutely the sweetest and has the best customer service skills. She had helped me many times when I needed it just like tonight. I truly appreciate her and I hope she is there to stay. Thank you Tracy for being you.

I haven’t had to ask for assistance in finding something, but checkout clerks are friendly, same as deli workers. They’re doing exceptional with keeping things clean and In stock considering the circumstances.

I'm a late night shopper and it would really be great if they had some more check outs open like the u-scans and possibly a second checkout lane if the line is too long

I buy my groceries at the Kroger store in Connersville, IN. I have been buying my groceries there for 20 years. I have spent thousands of dollars there over the years. Today Saturday January 14th, 2016. We bought 160 dollars worth of groceries. We shop with our 8 year old boy and 2 year old girl. We were checking out in a line with a cashier by the name of Matilda. Our daughter who is 2 like a lot of toddlers let out a big scream and a couple more little ones like most 2 year old's do. Matilda who was checking us out immediately yelled out a scream as loud as our 2 year old did and covered her ears. Everyone in the store was looking at us. If that wasn't humiliating enough she told us to move our daughter down from her. Then while still checking us out she kept shaking her head and complaining about her ears. She was clearly making a huge deal out of nothing. If she can't handle a few screams from a child she should not be a damn cashier. She was even complaining about it to the next person in line after us while still checking us out. I am so pissed off about this I will never set foot in Kroger again. I will take my thousands of dollars you would have made over the years to someone else that values their customers. This lady acted worst than my 2 year old daughter and she is a grown ass women. What the hell are you teaching your employees that they think this behavior is okay? I will make sure everyone I know knows this story too. She was clearly overreacting and acting worse than a child. I expect that from my 2 year old but not a grown ass woman. I would like to know what you as the Ceo plan on doing about this if you even care? Please let me know so I can post your response so everyone knows. One pissed off ex customer

Love, love, love this store!!! They keep their shelves well stocked, great sales and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Their produce and meat is always fresh. Prices are sometimes lower than walmart plus you get the added bonus of saving money on gas.

This is my local grocery and it upset me that the new Super Wal-Mart will probably kill off the other 2 stores in town since it already killed off one, but not much you can do about that. I find the prices at Kroger are less comparatively and usually if you hit it during the week you can get in and out pretty quickly. They do a good job of keeping the checkout lines open unlike Wallyworld. I find the produce to be fresher and better kept and just the over all selection to be better. I'm here once a week even if it's out of the way for me and farther.

Kroger's the busiest grocery store in town (there are only two as of right now, but Super Wal-Mart's on its way), so don't expect a close parking space, especially when there's even a hint of impending snow or ice. Thankfully, there are usually plenty of aisles open and there are also self-checkouts for quick errands. Also, don't expect to find any super exotic ingredients; this is Connersville, people. They have a few select fresh herbs and some variety of cheeses, but the veggie selection doesn't get much wilder than bok choy and they don't have a meat counter to speak of. I suggest you start Googling substitutes for anything that might be out of the ordinary in one of your recipes... or head to Meijer in Richmond. Speaking of meat counters, this place runs out of chicken all the time. I go there to pick up some boneless/skinless breast tenderloins and that section is always cleaned the heck out, leaving me with nothing but some sad-looking thighs and gizzards to choose from. But it's a relatively clean store, the aisles are relatively wide, and the staff is relatively friendly. I also use their pharmacy due to its $4 generic prescription program and the proximity to home. I just hope it'll survive in the wake of Super Wal-Mart, because I hate that place with a fiery passion.
