“Awesome service and a lot of the same friendly smiles for years. They go out of their way to provide the best customer experience! I had previous issues with their delivery service but they came through in a big way today. Things beyond my control kept me from getting my antibiotic Saturday night until today. Once I put it in George’s employees hands the situation was taken care of quickly. The delivery driver got here to my house this morning as soon as he could. Highly recommend!”
“Today I was in need of whole boneless skinless chicken breasts and I prefer the Heritage Farm brand. A meat dept employee was busy filling coolers and I asked if there might be any of the packages I needed in back. He said there weren’t but offered to combine two packages of another brand into one large package for the price of the brand I’d been looking for. His name is Mike and anytime I’ve seen him there, he’s been friendly, polite and always wears a smile. Today he made my day and reminded me of why I shop there. The employees are always so friendly and helpful but this man went out of his way when he didn’t have to. I hope Mike is shown recognition by the company for his outstanding customer service and for being an asset to the company.”
