I've been visiting them frequently over the months to get my wheels rotated. They've replaced both sets of brakes now in this time. 9/10 flawless experience. One time my wheel wasn't aligned with what was straight after an alignment. They had it fixed in short time. Usually not long wait times, though maybe not same day for more complicated stuff. Friendly staff.

They told me to come in at 4 o'clock. I set there until 5:38 and only got one tire done my truck set in there Shop for over 40 minutes for one tire. I understand it's a tire shop and sometimes there's wait time but there's no reason for me to wait 40 minutes after my truck is setting in their shop for one single tire.

Unbeknownst me, Autozone gave me the wrong side brake caliper and I couldn't get the air out. The mechanic at tire mart had my truck for like 2 minutes and told me what was wrong..Had it fixed in under an hour, returned the caliper to autozone for full refund. Tire mart mechanic did a great job..appreciated.

Incredibly lazy. Took my truck in for oil change and breaks. Was told they couldn’t do my breaks because I didn’t have the lug nut key needed. Seems lazy they wouldn’t have something like that but whatever. Also previously asked to have my ac looked at and was told a certain person wasn’t there so that wasn’t possible. Again incredibly lazy. Over 1k worth of work they’ll turn away for being lazy. Will be going somewhere else. Make sure YOU have the special things needed to get lug nuts etc off your car/truck cuz you certainly shouldn’t expect a repair shop to have it LOL.

They were really great even helped when we didn't have our lugnut key to replace the lugnut with one that didn't need it per my request will be back
