“I don’t know this employee’s name, but he is a dark-haired man with tattoos who works there regularly. He is consistently exceptional. Every visit, he is friendly, patient, and genuinely goes out of his way to make sure I get exactly what I need and I’m not an easy customer. That level of service is rare and should absolutely be recognized. Employees like him are the reason customers keep coming back. He deserves formal praise and, honestly, better recognition overall. We should also normalize tipping workers who provide this level of care and professionalism.”
