“Been having issues nonstop with overheating and we absolutely could not figure out what the issue was no matter what we replaced. Took it in and they said from the looks of it, it could be a little pricey but they wanted to double check just in case. An older gentleman that works there came out and double checked it and they found it to only be a clamp, replaced it, and let us go for free!! this same older gentleman that double checked for us also saved us so much money a while back when one of our hoses melted and he just snipped it off and reattached it. this place has helped us not break the bank many times. i’m not sure what the older gentleman’s name is but he’s absolutely fantastic and so is Jiffy Lube!”

“I’m from Indy so when my tire light came on a Friday afternoon I was concerned I’d be stuck for the weekend. I took it to the Best Tire Shop and they fully checked out my tires and all I needed was air and didn’t charge me. Even took of the tire light where other places tell me it would turn off after driving it 5 miles. Thanks guys!”

“Had tires mounted and balanced. Staff was easy to talk with and schedule with, they had great communication and were very knowledgeable. Service was completed in a very timely manner and the pricing was great! Their alignment rack was down and for the inconvenience they disposed of my old tires with no charge. They even performed a basic once over, without performing an actual inspection, and let me know I needed front struts. Very satisfied with the entire service provided and will definitely use Brian's again.”

“Once my Roadside assistance provider got ahold of them it was a quick easy process driver was friendly and made quick work after getting on seen which took a little longer than normal but that's because of me not being to get an address off a house near by but I can't explain how appreciative of your service especially when the pick up and drop off location was sorta a pain to pick and drop”

“Best service around! Dave and Gene do honest work and their prices are very reasonable.They do not look for things to repair just to make a buck. They repair what is actually wrong with the vehicle. My husband had an issue with his Volkswagen Beetle and they could not get it in for a few weeks so Dave told us how to fix it ourselves. They ordered the part for us and when it came in Dave told us how to put it on. Neither my husband nor myself is a mechanic or anything close to it but we were able to do it with Dave's help. He didn't even want paid for his time. I don't know of any other mechanic or repair shop, big or small, that would be willing to help you out without compensation. Great honest service!”
“First time here - he diagnosed car trouble that nobody else recognized, fixed a squeaky part (the reason I came in), and gave me several diagnostics to follow up on. Follows up and calls in a timely fashion.
Second visit - easy drop off the previous night, easy pick up the next day, easy to schedule my appointment in advance. He did not complete the additional repairs we had spoken about, saving me several $$$ and allowing me to save those routine repairs for the future when they are needed. Very glad Phil's was recommended by another local and will continue to come back for the quality work being done.”
