“UPDATE: I have updated my review. Dealing with the 800 number of FedEx gets negative stars from me. Once I actually go to the local FedEx store, service was excellent. I cannot in good conscience give them a bad rating when the issue was from the 800 number in another country.

There are too many details to post but basically we needed flowers for a wedding on Saturday. They were delivered to the wrong address Thursday. Called FedEx immediately to see if they would re-deliver to the right address. They would not. The person who received the package kept it for almost two weeks and then put it on my front porch. Trying to be honest, i told the shipper I would send back and they wanted to charge me 50 bucks to ship back. I called FedEx to pay for that shipment and no response. The FedEx drop-off is locked down with no way in and all of their customer service people have strong accents and very difficult to understand. I will never again accept a product shipped by FedEx or ship FedEx.”
