We ordered a part at 9:30 ish am. Was told it would be there by 12:15pm same day. Went to pick it up and was told the lady that delivers the parts realized she hadn't put it on the truck and said" oh well, they will get it tomorrow". We didn't have tomorrow to work on the car. We had to drive to Louisville from Corydon to get the part at a different store. About $25 in gas later, we finally got the part on the car and was able to get the car home. You would think a $350 part would warrant good service. I do have to say that it was not Henry's fault. He clocked in in the afternoon.

They had a very good selection of decent to high quality items. Prices were good and staff were very pleasant to interact with.

Seem to always have what I need prices probably not there fault people always friendly somewhat knowledgeable smoking auto you know and oh they answer and speak to people on the phone not just can you hold.. thanks

To be honest....not a person to bash a company.... but they tried to sell me a fuel pump for over 200 dollars when its 20 on amazon...... really advance??
