“I am very impressed with this business. I went in about slow leak in a tire. I was greeted upon entering and asked how they could help me. I loved that because they were demonstrating a willingness to take ownership of my problem. This is excellent customer service.
I knew I would have to wait a while as there were others in front of me. But it was obvious that the mechanics were hustling cars out quickly. After about 30 minutes the manager walked by me and mentioned he thought I’d. even there a long time and they needed to get to me. I told him they had my car in a bay and were fixing my leaky tire. It was just a few minutes later when they finished and rung me up..
I especially like that they placed a floor mat protector on top of my plastic floor mats. This was certainly a nice touch. I will be coming back to them again.”
