Bunch of choice, but prices higher little bit and I staff not so skilled. Looks like they working there just because. If compare staff with o' reily or advance auto parts here is worst staff .

Pretty disappointing customer service. 4 people working only one guy at the counter with a customer. Had 3 separate employees walk past me one of them walked past twice the second time several minutes later. Didn’t even acknowledge me let alone ring me up. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Shouldn't have to wait 15mins to check out with only 2 customers in the store and 4 guys working

Put in a online order at 4:11 pm came to pick it up at 5:44pm and order was never pulled. Had to go pull it myself. I do online order so I can just come in and grab quickly. Not so I can come in hunt for my parts myself

Use to like this store, but now you go in there and 3 or 4 employees standing there on dam phones. Last time I had to ask to be waited on this time I walked in 2 ppl eating and 2 ppl talking. I stood their and finally said hell with this place I'll go to Advance Auto
