Got a couple texts saying my prescription was ready. I show up and wait in the line 10 customers deep. One person is working two registers in the pharmacy trying to get people through the line faster. In the pharmacy line, I could hear very disgruntled pharmacy employees that were complaining amongst themselves loud enough for the line of customers hear. Finally got to the front of the line to be told my prescription was still in process. Why do I have multiple texts saying it is complete and ready for pickup? If it wasn't done I would have come back another day. Medication was for a blood thinner, which is not a medication that I can play around with missing, or I develop blood clots. Not that they care, answer the phones, or help transfer it to a competent pharmacy. New to the area and CVS was my pharmacy prior to moving. This is not how my old CVS operated. Very disappointed and will be switching to somewhere adequately staffed.

45 minutes on hold for the pharmacy and still no answer. 30 minutes on hold for front end and no answer. At 10am on a saturday.

The lady Donna and Monica are the absolute rudest people I’ve ever meet in my life they make cvs look horrible made my husband wait 2 hrs just to do it we set and waited and they for real with held his med that was already filled for 2 hrs just to be rude his medicine is not something that she should be doing that to it could have triggered him and it would have been them 2 rude women’s fault people that work in a pharmacy should have a little compassion and empathy they was pure hateful and rude treated us like drug addicts and we will never use that place again!!!!

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. No one ever answers the phone, and you can't leave a message because their voice mail box is full most of the time. A good portion of the employees in the pharmacy are beyond rude, and will treat you like garbage.They fill prescriptions when they're told not to, they refuse to help you transfer your prescriptions to another pharmacy and tell you to have your new pharmacy contact them... to which they don't answer the phones and their voicemail box is full... Just today i walked in there and over heard an employee tell someone they can either fill all their prescriptions there or none at all, and all pharmacy's are like that. I've never heard of that in my life.It's honestly amazing how this place is still in business.

Expect to be on hold if you call, 25 min and counting.... 50/50 on staff some very helpful and polite, the rest grumpy and unhelpful. I was literally able to drive to the location while in hold, and the place was empty!

the phone lines have got to have a call back system in place like how most doctor offices do i have been on hold during their opening hours for at most 2 hours last time ive stayed on hold

WORST PHARMACY EVER. Have to wait 2 hours to get my prescription and they never have any scripts. In pain and can’t even get my medicine have to wait two DAYS to get it. And they can’t even answer the phone. This pharmacy is the biggest joke. Don’t even deserve one star.

They bought out a local pharmacy thus increasing their workload to where they cannot talk on phone and you can't get your prescriptionds, Great!!! CVS has healed me! No more presciptions, doctors, nor anything! They are like GODS1111111

Never had a problem at this store. They always answer the phone when you call and they fill prescriptions quickly I have been going there for over 7 years and have never once had a problem.

Had a prescription sent over after my ER visit. Took them 2 days to get my prescription done. The automated system said Tuesday (today at 4pm) but wasn’t ready until 5pm. Waited on the phone for 20 mins to talk to someone about transferring my script to a closer location because I do not live in Corydon but couldn’t seem to get through to anyone. Had my girlfriend pick up my prescription at 4pm on Tuesday. After waiting an additional hour they said “we’re behind” if you’re two days behind maybe you should consider closing this sorry store permanently. I about cut my finger off and it takes 2, TWO days to get and antibiotic to prevent infection. What a dang joke.
