Tooky myself and my two daughters to get our nails done I got the dip powder and my oldest daughter got a full set of acrylic nails. My dip was not even the right color after I told the nail tech which color I wanted and even picked from the book. My eldest daughter left the salon crying as her nail polish was not the right color after telling the nail tech more than once what color she wanted from the book. We noticed that her acrylic nails were also not straight.

Cute nails but ouch! Didn’t even stop the bleeding and just painted over it. Also touched my open cut with her cuticle oil. Also asked for mani but didn’t get that service.

I’ve been coming to this salon for years, and they never disappoint! I also bring my nieces here, and they always feel welcomed and comfortable. Anna and Frank are amazing, they take their time, pay attention to detail, and are very friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality work and a warm, inviting atmosphere!

Got chemical burns to my toes from the cream they used. My toes started bleeding and had to walk on my heels!! Went to urgent care the next morning and had to get an antibiotic shot so I would not get an infection from the open areas on my toes. They refuse to give me a refund!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! There was literally nothing wrong with my feet prior to this experience!!! I have gotten plenty of pedicures in my life!!

I went in and got a pedicure with a full set of nails. An older lady did my pedicure and was very good. She took her time to make sure it was done right. Kim did my nails and did an excellent job. She did a flower design and did it by hand. I recommend both people especially Kim. I will be going back as Kim is now my new nail lady.

Experience wasn’t very good. Seemed in a hurry. The dip didn’t fully cover my nail. In less than a week my nail had broke off and then the dip came right off. Paid $80 for this to happen in under 1 week. Went into store to express how I felt about my nails, product, and just over all service. They would not give a refund of any kind back. Offered to fix it but not at the time I was in store as they had appointments scheduled. They did not make it right. Very disappointed. Would not recommend going there. Also very overpriced.

My mom got her nails down. She went to get them taken off , and the lady yanked them off and didn't let them soak at all.

After getting my nails done at pretty nails, when it was time for them to come off, I had some type of fungus on my pointer nail. Its grown in bumpy & nasty twice now. Made me think of poor disinfecting. Won't have them done there ever again

Frank did my nails today and they are so gorgeous. Every time I’ve had my nails done in the last few months I’ve been nicked by the lil grinding tool or there have been weird clumps of acrylic under my nails or my nails are stuck to my fingers uncomfortably. This time literally none of that happened. His attention to detail was phenomenal, and my nails look literally perfect. I didn’t have a go-to salon or nail tech before, but I think I might now!

Where do I start went and paid 67 dollars each for 2 pedicures to get a 5 minute massage and no wax really? Both my feet as well as my moms feel no different than they did when we walked in. They put a sticker on my big toe and charged me 10 extra dollars. Then I requested a new set to be told no and was given a rebase and every single mail shape is entirely to wide my mom got a new set she told them very short well they were left to long and every single nail is crooked. Barely a week out and my shellac polish is peeling off. I will take my 230 dollars somewhere else even if I have to drive to town. I will not return ever again.

Me and my mom went in for a pedi. She started on me. She didn’t speak English which is fine. She said lavender, I said no no no!!! Allergic!!! She does my pedi and then does the lotion and rubbing. My fault I was on my phone. She put hot towels on my legs. They started itching but I thought maybe it was the heat. I took the towels off and I continued itching, kept getting worse. She was laughing the whole time. She is working on my toes so I’m not paying attention because bye this time it has spread to my arms, face and upper legs. (I get a rash, then feels like thousands of bee stings and a migraine). She finishes my toes. I run to my vehicle to take allergy meds to help it. We go up to pay and she says $45 for you. I said excuse me. You used lavender when I told you no and I had an allergic reaction. One of the guys stands up and begins to argue with me about the incident. That she didn’t use lavender. He was upfront doing nails. Got the lotion bottle that has 3 different lotions mixed in orange, cream and purple. He said you pay $25. I just paid it because I wanted to get home and take more meds and shower. I finally look at my feet after shower. They are disgusting!!! Feet are rough and dry, nails cut too short and misshaped with jagged edges, polish is uneven. Got a black French, was a wide line, 1/2 of my toe. I told her square nails. Still have the cuticles on my nails and jagged skin around my nails. Absolutely awful!!! They don’t care about customers, you are just a $ to them!!!Service: Pedicure

2 hours for 2 pedicures, they only had 1 guy doing pedicures all while they weren’t busy doing manicures upfront. I have had several pedicures done throughout my life and never has it taken 2 hours for only 2 people. The employee was nice but the conversation he was trying to have wasnt necessarily work appropriate.Service: Pedicure
