Staff was quick...I will say, I have a credit card with them, but not a bank account. I can't pay my card using the app, I can't pay my card by phone, I can't pay my card online. I can only pay my card in person or by US mail...its 2026 Regions, get with the program.

I have always had good service with this bank! They actually relocated out of my town but I’ve continued to stay with them due to excellent customer service!
