On the phone waiting for pharmacy to answer for 35 minutes and then a recording came on saying theyre going to lunch for half an hour continue to hold or call back. Thats absolutely ridiculous and this needs to improve immediately

Have been calling the pharmacy since 10 am this morning it's now 4pm. Have been on hold 10 15 minutes each time. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! AVOID THIS PHARMACY. IM SO MAD IM NOW HAVEING EVERYTHING SENT TO WALMART. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! LEARN TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

I was asked to wait 10 min then another 30. Mind you they were busy but then not and got attitude when I asked why. Unbelievable!!!

The pharmacy is in dire need of new employment. Got told they'd send my medication to our local CVS in the morning, they didn't, then they claimed that they needed CVS to request them. AFTER we already asked them in person to transfer. Absolutely ridiculous and passion in the medical field has gone near extinct. Pathetic company with zero regard for their customers.

Always a long wait at the pharmacy and they continue to mess up simple repeat refills of monthly medications. The pharmacy is unorganized and understaffed.

All reviews are correct this pharmacy is a complete joke. Super slow, they NEVER answer the phone, the pharmacist and assistants are needlessly rude, they’re constantly out of stock, AND untop of all that, they are pricier than every other pharmacy in town! No wonder Walgreens is closing hundreds of stores, this is ridiculous.

Pharmacy is always backed up or closed. This place is horrible with customer service also. So tired of driving 25 miles to find out they are closed or there's a hour wait!

The pharmacy is awful and extremely slow. You could be waiting hours or days for your medication. Or it could suddenly be out of stock. SURPRISE! The medicine you patiently waited for is now non-existent! This has happened on multiple occasions with my family for different medications. I can't remember a single time we received a medication from the Corydon Walgreens in a timely manner.
On one occasion, I sat and waited inside the store when I was told to listen for my name to be called. I waited 40 minutes, then got in line and stood for an additional 20 minutes to go up to the counter and ask the status of my medication, only to be told once I got to the counter that they haven't even started filling the prescription yet and that it would be another hour or two before it was ready.
I've watched old ladies with walkers wait nearly an hour to get their flu shot. Then, an attendant came out and said hi to them only to walk away and say they'd come back to do vaccines after lunch.
At least two people in line in front of me had to be very firm with the pharmacy techs that they HAD to have their medications by a specific date and that they could not afford to have their medications be late. I imagine they only said this because they've had issues getting their meds on time like I have.
I'm going to start sending prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Walgreens in Corydon is unreliable.

Just answer the phone people! Not that your that busy all the time , cause you make everyone wait for the medication also, like hours, I sat there for an antibiotic for double ear infection for 3 hours ?? Why why would you all do that to some one !!! This place has went down hill so bad I’m going to transfer to Walmart!! You’re literally doing nothing to help your people! There can be many times no one is in line in the drive through or at the counter and you still don’t answer the phone , I drove from Louisville Kentucky on hold 1 hour 16 mins walk in the door and literally no one in either line but you can’t answer the phone ??? Why?? That is ridiculous!!!! Then I had to wait there for 3 hours you kept saying 20 mins ?? You all are kidding me! Never again!!

The first time I tried to pick up a prescription, a note in the window said no pharmacist was on duty, so state law prohibited them from dispensing meds. The 2nd time: they'd restocked t med so had to start over. They had over 30 min. But Couldn't refill it before their meal break. The third time there were 2 cars in front of me in line. They spent at least 15. minutes with the 1st car, about 5 minutes with the 2nd. When I pulled up at the window, they had returned the sign about no pharmacist. I went and picked up groceries, came back and returned to the front of the lin̈e. Fi rally got groceries at 2. Too busy getting ready for meal break, I guess.

Yes I waited for 45 minutes on hold BUT Ryan the Pharmacist was very helpful and remedied a prescription problem being transferred from New Salisbury. Thanks Ryan! Very pleasant man!
