So apparently you can't even call to see when your own child's medicine is ready!!! Even if you their mother or cant even ask what it is. Never had I had a problem with the pharmacy but here lately seems like their changing alot of stuff!! I mean really who else is going to call and ask about my daughter's medicine. She isn't even 2 yet so why!!!If only they would do their job right!!!

If there was a zero star they would get it from me. 4 prescriptions sent by my 14 year old grandson's doctor, my call there on the way out, they stated by saying they just got them, but his insurance said he had a primary one & I had to contact the only one he had to get them filled. He had not had that insurance for most of a year & the insurance was well aware of it. They did not try to run the prescriptions. I had them transferred to Walgreens & they were filled within the hour. also the fact all Wal-Mart's have no drive thru pharmacy to make all people walk the entire store, stand in line, change vendors without notification, stand in ridiculous line for rude employees & shorted amounts. all if this has happened to me personally. Elderly people do not pick any prescription carrier threw Medicare no matter how much cheaper, THAT walmart, Meyers or any of them, are the primary pharmacy. it is not worth what they put people threw, that are putting $1000.'s of dollars in prescriptions threw there.

I have been using this same pharmacy for years. I use them for all of my needs. I have had some miner problems in the past that I over looked. After today I will never be going back. I will be having my medication moved elsewhere. I had 2 meds sent over from my doctor's office just before 3 o'clock. I waited out in my car for an hour because I have the flue and didn't want to spread it around. After not receiving my text notification I went in to check on them. I asked and was told they where short staffed and where behind that mine where and the picking stage. ( I understand being short staffed so at this point I'm not upset)it's 4 o'clock at this time. At 4:30 I walk up and stand in line to ask about them again to be told at this time that they are out of one of the meds and had been for some time. I said well that would have been really nice to know 30 minutes ago. He said I could get it tomorrow or try and transfer. I said I wanted to see about transferring. He said when they got the time they would try and call to see where else had it. I walk of extremely unhappy at this point. I called around myself. It only took me about 10 minutes to get a hold of another Pharmacy that had the medication so I then walked up front to the drop off desk and had the girl transfer it for me. I was not going to sit there and wait till they had time to do it! I then had to get back in line just to get my other medication and that took another 15 minutes. So I waited for 2 hours for one medicine that I didn't really need, and the medicine I really needed I had to go to another place to get. I understand running out of something but they should let you know when you ask about the meds the first time. Or even call when they know they don't have the medication I could have saved myself 2 hours being extremely sick waiting to get medicine that I really needed.

Would be nice if the employees smiled or didn't look like they're ready to go postal. Some are in such poor health and shape they wheeze and lean heavily or gimp along. Probably a rural thing as I've not seen this in the big cities in other states. Store's usually well stocked although food choices are bland. Nothing very spicey or exotic. Again, the area and peoples tastes dictating. A few nice workers on site. Parking lot needs work.
