Fountain Springs Adult Community is a senior living community where you can keep the independence that you want, while receiving the daily living assistance that you need. Our Mission is to provide a safe, caring environment while ensuring independence, dignity, respect, and quality of life. We strive to provide care to each individual person that is best suited to them. We diligently try to create the feeling of home. Memory Care Fountain Springs Adult Community has an attached Memory Care. Our Memory Care is a 10 bedroom locked unit with a large common area living space equipped with activity options geared towards individuals with dementia. Attached to the Memory Care is a gated patio for outdoor activities.

I’ve been here 2 yrs , would not want to be anywhere else , it’s a beautiful place , everyone here is so helpful , Jennifer and her staff are great always willing to help anytime they are needed , love them and would recommend this to anyone needing any assistance, love my home, Fountain Springs

Still resident here?wonderful apt, food and activities....people are friendly and helpful..staff available and willing to serve...a Great place to reside??
