Nice, clean, and friendly. Was greeted when entering and the bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. The windshield squeegees and buckets of cleaner at the pumps are probably the best I’ve used in a really long time. Was pretty surprised by that part

Really professional & nice staff, very clean store and restrooms. Google Maps really should add them to the ⛽ gas opinions while using maps. Especially when they reroute you due to highway closure.

I am a daily morning customer because of the cleanliness and friendliness of staff.....and more times than not they do not have coffee, fountains, showers or restrooms because of water pressure....gotta love corporate not fixing things the right way and keep putting bandaids on issues. How about spending the extra money to fix the problem the first time rather than losing out on more money because you don't have the amenities advertised....bad business. Staff is Great! Establishment itself is lacking.... Very disappointed

I travel Hwy 41/63 often, and OneNine Travel Center is one of the few places I’ll stop to use the restroom — they are always clean and well-kept. The staff is consistently friendly, and the attached Arby’s makes it a convenient stop for good food on the road. Reliable, clean, and welcoming — definitely a favorite stop of mine! Parking lot is laid out weird and it can be an automobile congestion bizzaro sometimes trying to get out

If you're looking for a hot shower, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Ice cold water in both showers they put me in. Staff not helpful AT ALL!

Hey, they actually have parking the parking lots really sloped, including the exit.
But it was nice to get a nice shower and they need to vent the showers Better. Everything gets really humid in there. So humid that well, just humid in the shower until they start putting a vent in there.
The food is not anything to brag about, either.

Id leave a zero if I could I came in to buy a breakfast sandwich and get a cup of ice when I found no breakfast i casually mentioned it was told buy a donut I answered I'm diabetic Tracy got mad called me rude and told me to get out then the fella at the counter grabbed me ice cup
And dumped the ice no excuse for this kind of behavior

Not much parking for trucks but it’s still a nice truck stop with clean restrooms and a Dunkin’ Donuts as well as a Arby’s restaurant inside.

Staff here is very friendly.
Shower were spotless.
I don’t know what happened in bathroom, but it was extremely smelly and I couldn’t stand that smell of urine.
Vegans and vegetarians are not going to find anything for themselves here ;( because they Arbie’s here - the worst choice ever for vegans so trucks stop do not offer their wedges, green beans and mashed potatoes or vegetable soup that we could eat.. sad..
Oddly the tap water there is yellow..at the beginning I thought that every toilet is not flushed and that caused the smell.. but the next day in shower I spotted the same thing.. and I took a hot water from coffee machine to my truck and it was as well yellow… :/ I don’t know what does that mean.. concerns me a little bit.
