I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes with my issue completely resolved. The gentleman, a younger man, helped me that second I walked in the door and he was very friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Very happy with my experience

Jerrod is the WORST "manager" I have ever experienced. Not sure if it was his first day or what but AT&T please offer some training. While Jerrod was not able to assist with my needs per policy the way he treated my mother and myself was more than unprofessional. He chose to argue, debate with heavy sarcasm rather than do his best to help and find solutions. Lots of quality workers looking for jobs and to get this treatment is so sad.

I was treated HORRIBLY at this place yesterday, the manager, Marcus I believe his name was, was condescending, rude and just a downright nasty guy , how he has a job on customer service is beyond me, I suspect however he only treats black customers this way, despite the fact that he is black himself, sadly. He told me there was no viable option to resolve my problem and no way to get a reimbursement, so basically telling me I paid money for nothing and despite NO SERVICES RENDERED was just out my money , which to anybody with common sense sounds ludicrous. I promptly went to another ATT store and that manager got support on the phone and resolved the issue. with a polite demeanor and a willingness to actually help and serve the customer, which is customer service, that man should be fired yesterday

When I first walked in the store I was greeted with we're hiring, horse play, and disrespect. I felt unwelcome and pushed around. I needed service on my existing phone, the employees were only interested in selling me a new one, not at a good price. They rushed me when looking at the devices and I don't recommend this store. If you can use another location I recommend it.

I was disappointed that I was not told the iPhone 11 did not come with an adapter or a charger. Had to go out again and purchase one separately.

Jett was friendly and knowledgeable. When we ran into an issue with starting new service, he was diligent and did not give up. He did everything in his power to help establish new service for us. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
