“Was pleased with Steven as the salesman but the car was not cleaned well at all. Finance manager was pushy on warranty and mood clearly changed for the worse when we were not interested. Car was not detailed, but upon discovering the extent, Steven quickly resolved the situation and arranged for us to get it detailed. They were more than easy to work with in getting the issue fixed and Steven was extremely responsive and helpful.”

“I had to replace my battery. The manager was able to help me find the right battery quickly. As my battery was completely dead, they loaned me the use of their cart to wheel the new battery out to my vehicle and, once installed, wheel the dead battery back to the store. I did the installation in their parking lot. All went well.”
“Took my 2015 black VW Jetta (yeah, it had to be black...shows everything) to Gould's to have a multitude of nut dents and wind damage taken care of. I was skeptical of paintless dent repair, but I couldn't find any trace of dents. The replaced front fender and a couple other areas were painted beautifully.
When I researched reviews, the thing that separated Gould's from the rest was the appreciation folks had with the shops' communication. I found it to be daily. You won't be wondering what was going on and how much it costs. The folks there are kind and easy to talk with. 5-star operation in all areas.”
