“As a returning customer, I made an appointment over the phone and scheduled a tire rotation. I was given a date and time that was very reasonable. After checking in and had my car taken back for the service and was asked to come back and look at my tires. My tires had cupped so bad on the inner tire that cords were about to show.
Instead of pushing me to buy new tires and getting an alignment thru them, they suggested I take the car back to the dealer and show them proof I had been following the proper maintenance procedures. The car only had 30k miles on it and it definitely had the toe out on the alignment since arriving at the dealer. You cant beat Pomps when comes to honesty and I wasn't charged a penny.”
