They understand that life happens and they will work with you as long as you contact them and let them know. I love all of them!”

I ended up with the phone she suggested, a case that came with a screen protector that she put on, and very helpful information for the best future. We had a nice chat while she switched my phone over for me and made sure it was good to go. She even called the store from my new phone to make sure it was working.
