Susie was so kind, reassuring and accommodating. She even made a special effort after work find a musical note I’d requested to make the planter more personal and meaningful. Susie also took the time to send a text to let me know she was on her way to make the delivery, and attached a picture of the arrangement, which was exactly what I wanted. They say one person can truly make a difference. With her floral skills, exemplary customer service and kindness, Susie was my one person!
