“This is two stores in one - It's a proper hardware store, where you can still buy a single screw, bolt, and/or nut, tools, as well as a large variety of home maintenance items; it's also a UPS drop off and shipping location, where they can even print a pre-paid label for your packages. Everyone I've encountered in this store has been very nice, helpful, and knowledgable ^_^”

“Do not need to get into the whole story but sent my framing nailer repair. After waiting a considerable period of time, I started dealing with Michelle. She did the research, followed up with me and brought resolution to the situation. Michelle and Home Depot stood tall and fixed the problem. Giving Michelle the 5 stars. Customer service is not easy, but the personal care, honesty as to what happened and follow up is the reason for the rating.”
