“The facility was great. They were very helpful. I definitely would recommend this pick up/drop off place. The actual U-Haul website wasn’t as user friendly as I would hope, but still average. If that’s an issue, they will help you inside. This place was honestly great.”

She did the research, followed up with me and brought resolution to the situation. Michelle and Home Depot stood tall and fixed the problem. Giving Michelle the 5 stars. Customer service is not easy, but the personal care, honesty as to what happened and follow up is the reason for the rating.”
