Disappointment in management and procedures. The day to day staff and technicians are kind, but my scripts are now 4 days waiting, they still aren't filled. I left a survey, I get a call today from the manager who says we are short staffed and taking applications, if I'd like to help the situation. I just wanted my medicine in 48hrs or so of it being called in . She stated that have Hundred of trouble tickets and mine just came up. They don't have time to call patients or doctors if there are any issues.

The drive through is down and that’s fine, so we went in to pick up a prescription, we were helped by Kim. She was very rude and rolled her eyes when we asked a question. Not wanting to start with her in public we let it go, speaking of that they should let Kim go. There’s enough rude people in the world don’t employ them.

Their drive thru service was down, and when I called to see what they are doing for covid positive people, the pharmacist asked if I had no one else to come pick it up. They will not be offering curbside. I understand things happen, but this isn’t the first time.

I have been going to this pharmacy for about twenty years. They are always pleasant and efficient.I've never had a bad experience. We are moving next week and I hope that the next Walmart is going to be the same.Thank you all for many years of professional service.

My prescriptions have always been ready quickly after I ask for a refill. I transferred here a while ago after several bad experiences with Kroger. I didn't expect much from Walmart, but Kroger was more expensive and already providing me with bad service, so I figured why not. I have been very pleased with Walmart so far.

Two full-service checkout lanes open out of at least a couple dozen, but ALL of the self-serve checkouts were open. The cashier in the line I was in was moving so slow she would have to speed up just to stop, spent 15 or 20 minutes trying to get a stupid little coupon to ring up and wouldn’t call for help for it. Bought a carpet cleaner a hr ago and opened it and it was already used and straight disgusting!! So we took it to the store to return it and we were told we had to wait till tomorrow before they would do anything about it !! If I was a manager I would be embarrassed to have had that leave my store! And I would of let the people return it but no the lady was rude and nasty and said we had to wait till tomorrow!! So I will return it tomorrow and demand money taken off and a new one !! I will never talk good about this store again!!! If I can I will avoid it as well bc the rude service!!
