“Reviewed all the local Northwest Indiana appliance and hardware type stores for a mini refrigerator and Menards had absolutely the best and highly rated mini. Furthermore it had the best price as well, with or without their eleven percent off. Sales clerk walked us to the exact model from their Online ad. Staff loaded it to the car and positioned it expertly.”

“Went in today, 8/31 around 5 pm with my HP Omen 35L I JUST picked up a week ago with power issues after trying to install a secondary 8TB hard drive. We didn't have an appointment, but Olu was able to take my PC back for a cursory look with Griffin. They saw exactly where the issue was and fixed it on the spot, no questions asked! We have been trying to figure out this issue since last night, and it took them barely 10 minutes! Saved my new pc and my sanity all in one go! They were SO AWESOME!!! Olu, Griffin, guys...I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR YOUR HELP!!!!!!”

“Just picked up a generator from here and it’s pretty heavy. Luckily Tyres, the carry out was very helpful getting this unit into my vehicle. He was working the whole parking lot and upfront to load generators. Very nice young man with a great attitude, Home Depot is lucky to have him out there representing the company. I think he’s earned a promotion to a department after handling these generators and power outage chaos the way he has.”

“I came in, expecting to pay $799 + for an apron front kitchen sink, and lucked up on a clearance one for $250. The sales lady Kayla, was very helpful, and professional. Within minutes of making up my mind on the great deal, she handed me the specs on the sink, to make sure it was the right fit. I could’ve never found such a great deal , at any of the big box stores, for that quality of product. I’m glad I stopped by.”

“It's so nice when I can leave a positive review when it comes down to tech vs humans. Had to use a $200 gift card and bought a bunch of household stuff. They didn't have dishwasher pods in stock, and since I used have gift card half debit card... it was a little bit of a challenge getting the store credit. Louise from customer service was very involved with helping me get the credit back. I had to go in, and picked up some toilet paper while I was there to use up the credit. Jeremiah checked me out and he was so kind, went a got a cart for me since it was two huge containers and my car was on the other side near customer service. Minus one star for the trouble of going into the store twice for this store credit, but everyone was nice and didn't have to talk to a machine.”

“I cannot say enough about the after sale customer service Maruszczak provides. I purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator in may of 2025. I had an issue with the freezer in June and another issue for condensation in September. I called today with an issue that I think was caused by the repair made for the condensation issue on September 30. My freezer is defrosting food and no longer making ice. The follow up from Tom and Barb has been outstanding. I truly would recommend buying all your appliances from them. Truly one of the best experiences I have ever had. Keep up the great work!”
