“Outstanding customer service! My four-year-old, Kohler shower door shattered. Boom! No apparent reason. The shower was unoccupied. The doors were professionally installed and well maintained. Boom! It’s a mystery. I was surprised and delighted, therefore, when Kohler immediately agreed to replace the entire door set (free of charge) and Laurie P. at Lee Supply orchestrated the receipt and delivery of such. Kohler and Lee Supply have earned my enduring brand/customer loyalty. Top marks!”

“I cannot say enough about the after sale customer service Maruszczak provides. I purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator in may of 2025. I had an issue with the freezer in June and another issue for condensation in September. I called today with an issue that I think was caused by the repair made for the condensation issue on September 30. My freezer is defrosting food and no longer making ice. The follow up from Tom and Barb has been outstanding. I truly would recommend buying all your appliances from them. Truly one of the best experiences I have ever had. Keep up the great work!”
