Lost my phone and max Barnes was so patient and helpful even set up an older phone he had so I would still have connections to my business colleagues uninterrupted until I got my replacement. Max didn't have to do that he's awesome!

I am so very disappointed in this store. When I upgraded my son’s phone a couple months ago, the salesman switched out our grandfathered plan with a new one without my consent causing us to loose HBO Max. Another att told us that this is a way for them to make additional money, and this is not a corporately owned store. Upon going through all the avenues, this change is irreversible. I would never come here again. They cannot be trusted.

Suggesting you make an appointment in order to be seen quicker is nonsensical because I still had to wait 20+ minutes after that scheduled time. In addition to, that I was sent on my to a UbreakIFix location in Schereville only to be told that "AT&T" should have just told me to file claim for a new device....

Needed a new phone, got a new phone. If it wasn't for the AT&T employee that helped us it would have been a nothing special transaction. The employee (didn't catch his name) was outstanding. I am not up to date on phones and such and he was really quite helpful.

Customer service exceeded expectations. Employees were welcoming and engaging. Adding another line was handled quickly. Great teamwork between employees. And Sir Garcia went above and beyond helping my mother through an issue with an app on her phone. She was very happy.

Seth, Zachary and Jayda helped me today and yesterday setting up my new iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPad Pro. I highly suggest seeing them for excellent service and an overall fun time at their store.
