“The people are great, the bank has changed some of their policies that are weird. Like no deposit slips needed. That is just plain dumb, two different tellers made mistakes because of no slips, it was easily corrected.”
“This was honestly one of the best banking experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m a woman of a certain age, so I’ve had quite a few banking experiences over the years. Janet was incredibly sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had already opened an account and needed help placing it into a trust. This was actually the second bank I visited, because the first bank, a much larger institution, did not know how to handle it or have anyone available to assist me.
I’m very thankful I met Janet. She was patient, helpful, and made the entire process feel easy. She even called me afterward for a follow-up, which I truly appreciated. I’m not sure why this branch has some low reviews. Perhaps she wasn't part of the team at that time, but my experience was absolutely 10 out of 10, highly recomme”

I just wanted to emphasize that Ashley is consistently and incredibly kind and gracious with all of her customers. I have struggled with financial issues and going into the bank can feel like I have a pit in my stomach for mistakes I have made; however, Ashley has been a beam of light that makes it feel a little lighter in the way she handles herself and treats others around her! “Only came in for a new card real quick but I gotta say Jaween(I hope I spell his name right!) was absolutely fantastic to talk to. Got my new card but went above and beyond customer service and even had a decent little chat with him. Great/different experience @ the bank and I’m from out of town so to have such hospitality like that at a Bank of all places was a great change of everything I’ve experienced in customer services areas. Definitely if I need to will be back to this location!”
