@bmo Harris bankFor you to close down your banking over. A merge a day before holiday was bad on customer service. Not only can I not cash a check at bank to get money out. I can't even do it in the ATM to get cash out now.When explain they can't hold my paycheck they want to argue with me saying they told me months in advance . No you told me online will be down. I don't go in a lot.So not only did I get screwed by my paycheck I get screwed by my own bank can't do their job. But you can pay your employees to sit there and twittle their thumbs bc they system is down. Make it make senseWhere is the signs on your door stating we closed n no cars in parking lot. But I m supposed to believe you right?I wanted cash not to deposit.Big difference.Tempted to change banks. U screw ur current customers for a merge n no one can do anything until Tuesday. So we supposed to starve????Again BMO lies. Today my check was supposed to clear. N it didn't n now I got an automated charge denied bc they didn't clear my check. But it's there. Make it make sense. Over a 3 day merge. Now I still have to wait to get my paycheck

Doors locked & you’ll stand outside waiting for someone to open the doors, but a good chance nobody will see you standing there. Then they block the atm lane while the atm is working just fine. I’d just travel further to a better location, or switch to a bank that has open doors during business hours.

Maybe bad luck but,,,Every time I go to this branch there is a line and one of the tellers is doing drive through and front teller at the same time?? Was there a couple days ago and 5 oeople in line, one front teller and of course a lady in her office on the computer. I know she saw how backed up it was because I had to stand in her door jam while in line! People work and are busy and don't expect to be late because they STOPPED IN to get some of THEIR CASH...

My husband and I came in to speak to a banker. We were initially asked to take a seat and someone would be with us shortly. We then were told by the banker from her office that she would be with us in minute. Twenty minutes later we left! Very unprofessional...we won’t be back!!

I took my elderly dad here to take care of a few things. The bank associates starting from the tellers to the bankers couldn't be any kinder. They were friendly knowledgeable and efficient. Good management is always seen and felt through the staff. Thank you BMO for your great service.
