Recently has severely been under staffed with one lady working 3 regfisters at one time when i came in.The 2 times ive asked to speak to a manager one wasnt present and this store seems to be poorly managed.

I have not been inside and I understand it is nice, but this review is about the pumps. They are SLOW. Not the slowest ever, but they are slow.

Pizza is good for a gas station however service could be better. I asked if they had any jalapeño popper pizza coming up lady with a tone said “it’s only to order and I had to order a whole pizza.” There should be a sign that says that then especially since it’s advertised right there by the pizza. It’s advertised and it caught my eye, I proceed to ask for some, I get told it’s only to order and I have to order a whole one. Seriously? Doesn’t make sense, it’s a shame.

The staff is very helpful and nice. The problem is the lack of staffing during peak times. 8:30am, 5-6pm and lunch time. There's times where I've walked in, saw the line had 7-10 people in it and just left. They need to have more than one register open during peak hours or they need to add a self checkout scanner to reduce the line times. Customers shouldn't have to wait in line for more than 10 mins when they're grabbing one item. Also I would suggest one of those lottery vending machines so people can scan their own tickets and buy their own tickets without hindering the line of other customers

Used to be a regular customer at this location, though as of late their customer service has gone down hill and has left me with more than a few bad experiences while visiting the location and ordering online.

Amber and her staff are great. I’ve done a few community events with them, and they are one-of-a-kind. Not too mention, they keep Casey’s clean and well-stocked. When you walk in, several workers know you and are incredibly friendly.

I’ve picked up pizza here a few times, including today. When I arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready it took around 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter and ask for the name on the order and it took another 10 minutes for me to get the pizzas. Something like this happens every time I pick one up. The store should either hire enough people to make the orders by the promised time or adjust the amount of time the app says it will take to be made. I am still giving 3 stars because the pizza is decent and the employees are always friendly.
