A full two weeks of no hot water! I really am not trying to be a Karen here but seriously it’s not rocket science. I guess I shouldn’t complain at least the water is on for once and not on the floor in my apartment as of two floods ago. Run away from this place as fast as your warm water having self can! Total slumlords! Absolute liars!

Its 2:11AM, I couldn't sleep so I was watching ASMR and as I look to my left there was a spider running super fast towards me. Now I'm too nervous to sleep. Also this place has a really weird smell to it also the balcony looks like its gonna fall off any second now.

If these apartments are considered "luxury" then thatterm surely needs to be redefined. From the outdatedwall air conditioning units and hallways in general theyleave much to be desired. Furniture left by the dumpstersfor months, grass growing up through the asphalt in theparking lots, lock broken on the main entrance door toget in the building, replacement parts left on the balcony, dishwasher not working and a part was supposed to beordered going on 6 weeks, no ceiling lights or fans in thebedrooms, loose wall outlets, the office can't take rentchecks and it has to be a money order or bank check, Icould keep going but I think you get the picture. Thesaving grace to this place is its location and that doesmatter but please don't think you are moving into anupdated and well maintained complex, that is just nottrue. Oh and as part of the lease you have to agree toforfeit chunks of your security deposit based on how longyou rent there. So if you leave after your lease is up (1year) they keep $475 to re rent your unit. Honestly slumlord is to kind of a description for the people who ownthis place. The office staff is kind but have no realauthority to get things done and I have only seen 1maintenance man to keep up with all the buildings andunits.

Hi I pray that I am not being targeted by Laura or Linda. I just received a phone call from Laura asking me. What did she lie about when I was under the assumption she was calling because of the service order that I put in on Friday because my kitchen sink the pipe, which is cheaply put together broke, and so I’m thinking she’s calling me this afternoon to speak about that she called me to confront me about me, saying that she was a liar and I and I said to her are you serious like this is very unprofessional the conversation that I have a Linda I mean great. Linda had the ability to go back and tell her, but at this point , I feel targeted and I’m not sure if they’re going to do anything because I will not be renewing my lease and Laura wanted to know why I would not be renewing my lease. Haven’t even been here six months and there’s been nothing but issues I mean, just lie after lie after lie after lie

Overall pretty good. The buildings are old but are slowly being renovated. The office staff are wonderful! The maintenance man is good but overwhelmed because it's just him for all seven buildings. That's The only reason for the mid tier score. Otherwise I like this place.

The women inside of this places front office are toxic and not very bright. AT ALL. Nothing but petty confusion and unknowns there. They made me buy my own blinds before moving in. So I'm like I should be able to take them when I leave. N she said no they were just to rent. So since the people before me trashed them I had to buy the new ones basically.

I’ve had black mold in my bedrooms bathroom for over a year. I had to keep pushing them to fix it, they go through so many maintenance guys. They don’t fix anything unless higher authorities come into place

If I could give this place 0 stars believe me I would! HORRIBLE!!! They are very lazy here, we went MONTHS in the hot summer with no ac! It was 90 degrees in our apartment, sadly after calling numerous times and complaining nothing was being done. Our sink would clog when we called she recommended "using a plunger" to make it work. VERY UNSAFE HERE! Doors are not properly locked, lights in apartment hallways DO NOT WORK. Laura is VERY unprofessional and LACKS how to run a good apartment complex. Very disrespectful and everything is ran on her time. Ran into a big problem were our safety was in jeopardy , called her and she WOULD NOT fix the problem(which is keeping the big main door locked)! Please DONT live here, they scam you out of your money, they DO NOT uphold there end of doing anything to help you when things go wrong.

You get what you pay for here, maybe less. The place definitely needs to be updated. The maintenance here is minimal. When something is wrong, its either not their problem or it takes months to get it taken care of. When checking out the apartment, I was told everything was in working order and small things would be fixed. The small things were never fixed and not everything was working. Walls are extremely thin. I could hear when my neighbor used the bathroom thin. And getting your deposit back is a joke. I the office manager said I left my place in amazing condition but still would not get my deposit back. She couldn’t explain why but claimed she sent me an explanation. I never got. And claims she’ll send another.

They charge condo owners a hefty HOA which includes use of pool. Explain why management of complex changes renters of condos a ridiculously high yearly fee to use the pool ? Double charging ??

Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Our Landlord is Grace Kim. She barely speaks English and lied to us saying apartment would be finished by the first of the month. It’s 90 degrees and the AC is out. Can’t even get in contact w/ Landlord. Balcony door is almost impossible to open/close which is an extreme fire hazard. It’s too much of hassle to put screens on the door too I guess. It’s 05/24/2018 and these things have been broken since we first moved in April. She’ll send 5 different maintenance people that fix stuff little by little only when we threaten her w/ things like a building inspector/fire dept. Whole experience has been a nightmare. $695 isn’t bad but honestly not worth it. Had to come out of pocket to fix things which we still haven’t been reimbursed for. Maybe if you rent through the leasing office or other landlord it won’t be as bad but right now we’re stuck. Stay away from this shady place.

Don't rent hear! My rent jumped up 40 last year and the maintenance there is terrible!..I've had black mold growing up on my bathroom wall because there was a pipe leaking above the toilet. After 4 times of going to the office 4-5 months later instead of cutting out a piece of drywall to c where the pipefitter was leaking they just painted over it to cover up the black mold..It was back with in a week..pretty bad for 790 a month plus utilities that you have to make sure that you don't sit down in water. I could go on and on.Dont rent here pretty sad people have to pay that much for a one bedroom apartment?
