I do not bank with them, however I had a check issued through them. They cashed the check for me, was very polite respectful and professional. Thank you very much for the great service.

They never have any envelopes or deposit slips in the after hour deposit box. Every single time I've tried to use it I end up having to close my business for an hour during the day so I can run back over during business hours to make a deposit. Coupled with the other issues of banking with centier, it's very hard for businesses to bank here and ultimately not worth it.

If I could give this place a negative star, I would horrible every time I come in to cash my check there’s always some sort of problem and I have to have them send it back to me and literally take it down the street and have it cashed at another Centier this time around the teller at the Centier wrote on the back of my check and a aqua green pan to where I had issues to cashing my check and had to get a completely new check from my boss and which I cash my check weekly from it’s not like I just started a new and it’s a new employer or a new check to them but when you’re living paycheck to paycheck I hardly had the gas to even go back out to get a new check on top of being lucky that I got out early enough that I could make it out there to my work to get a new check and still have time to cash it I am very upset with their service. It costed me extra money that I already don’t have and I refuse to ever go back there and I will be completely clearing out and closing my bank account. I will go anywhere else besides sent here from now on.

I’ve never walked in to a bank and needed and appointment for anything! Need and appointment to add someone to an account!? I can see you in your office there’s no one in there with you. You got all your lights off. How long can it really take to add someone to an account. I guess I can see why this branch has a 2 star rating.

Called to ask a simple question and Andrea was very rude over the phone. Was wondering if Centier does money wiring, as some banks do not. My dad passed, and my sister asked me to call to see if they do money wiring so that she could transfer the money directly into my account, did not ask for any info on the account, and she treated me as if I was trying to get into the account. In which I prefaced the question that I wasn’t trying to get any info on the account, just simply asking a question. Very unsatisfied with the call as she was rude. Will never call back again or even go to this branch. Ridiculous.

Due to an overdraft fee I called the branch to close my account. I was told that it was not possible to close an account without being there in person or sending a notarized letter stating my intention to close the account. Finding that answer insane I did my own research and that is not the case. Had banked here for many years.
