I have been attempting to my accounts listed under a trust which should be a simple thing. At Centier, it took 10 minutes. The Chase banker, Kim Krahn, has been entirely elusive in returning multiple phone calls. She has only left me 2 call back messages in a month, the last one being September 11. She's either lazy, unprofessional or both. When I attempt to call this branch directly, I always get a recording that directs me to call back again as no one is available. There is no option to leave a message for a call back. I do, however, want to commend the bank tellers at this location, who are always friendly, helpful and professional.

So far experience with staff in Crown Point is very good, but as general customer service, I called few times today, every time I was disconnected, when i put my number on call back list, I received phone call from number that appears + scam on Google search. Very disappointed

Looks like they took down my other review, so here's another. This location lost my faith and my business thanks to their joke of a manager, Kevin. I received a middle finger and some nice names thrown out like a**hole on St. Patrick's day 2019 when I came to make sure I moved my car frim the drive thru lanes before they opened after parking here on st. Patrick's Day 2019.

I’ve been with Chase for 4 years. Chase is good until you have a fraud issue. They were not equipped with the proper training on how to stop a fraudulent wire transfer involving chases mobile app. Immediately after it happened Chase was contacted and given explicit instructions on what we need them to do. We thought they took care of it. Needless to say, we lost thousands of dollars, do to negligence on Chases end. Trust was lost that day, and I no longer feel my money or service matters to chase.

Kevin the branch manager really helped me out. I had to get things notarized and medallion stamped which took quite a while. He was very professional, courteous, and very helpful. I will definitely come to this location more! Thanks again for all your help!

Pretty good experience here both times I stopped in recently. I had several business reasons for stopping in and they were very fast and efficient in helping me. What I did not like was the fact there aren't very private consultation rooms. The one room I was in was just divided by a half wall and I could hear everything a different customer was saying in his consultation. Nobody else needs to know my business and I do not need to know theirs.

WAS planning on opening a checking account with Chase Bank in Crown point, however, I cannot reach this branch by phone nor the main center in order to ask a couple simple questions. Really - I cannot even leave a call back number. How rude and unprofessional - absolutely not a way to greet new prospect customers.

So we call and try to make an appointment to open a business account. We request information on what we should do by phone. A woman told us the kind of documents we need when I told her I had my passport which will argue that she did NOT speak English very well, but I understand it very much. She was straight to the point. and I wonder if I was a citizen or a resident because, otherwise, that would be the only document that would accept me and the only one that they accept at the bank. I said I was a liar, discriminating because I have had my personal checking account with them for many years. Already I am looking for where to go to another bank I will close my account with them. Thank you very much for the bad time, bad person. It's incredible that this kind of thing keeps happening with people who just want to work honestly.
