I don't have the amount of words to use to describe how truly amazing this facility is. The cleanliness is incredible. This is truly the Ritz Carlton of rehab facilities. Every single nurse, therapist, Physician, staff and employee here has given my Grandma ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CARE from the second she was admitted. Everyone was so attentive to her needs, truly listens and does their absolute best to ensure she is being given the highest quality of care. My Grandmother fractured her femur and had surgery and within 2 weeks she was up and walking. I am so greatful to have found this facility.

Absolutely wonderful facility and staff. Clean, organized, has many doctors offices within including primary care and specialists like cardiology and GI and physical therapies. Wish the urgent care was open but otherwise is a very nice facility with excellent care! Perfect place! Beautiful and clean!

Everyone at Community Stroke and Rehabilitation Center was fantastic. From the front desk to the nurse to the NP, everyone treated me with kindness and compassion. My treatment plan puts me completely at ease. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Best immediate care clinic!
