The staff at this CVS in Winfield including the supervisor/manager, are rude and unprofessional. No patience, no respect, and absolutely no help. It’s honestly sad and embarrassing that a pharmacy treats people this way.

I was in desperate need to get some preparation H. Went to check out and the manager noticed the expiration date and how close it was to expiring. Without hesitation he went back to look for a better one. But they did not have any more of the generic. I had forgot my wallet and only had enough cash for the generic. He honored the generic price and gave me the name brand with a better expiration date. He saved my ass today!

Nice small town pharmacy. You seem to get to know everyone on a first name basis. Prices could be a little more competitive but everything else is good with the store

The only professional employee in the pharmacy was the young girl working the cash register. The pharmacist and her crew were beyond rude. I transferred my prescriptions elsewhere!

No customer care.Most the ladies in the pharmacy are rude, staight faced, and eager to end the interaction no matter what it is.Some will not even stop what they are doing while talking and serving you. HAD A WAY BETTER EXPERIENCE AT WALGREENS PHARMACY!I (do not) recommend cvs although im stuck at this location for time being

Can't stand this CVS. Wish my insurance let me use Walgreens. Worst thing I've ever had to do was switch to CVS for my scripts
