Please note I'm ranking the pharmacy ZERO stars...I switched to them around the beginning of 2023. Each encounter, I was ignored/ passed over in the drive through multiple times in each visit.EVERY SINGLE TIME. When asked why, they presented with oops. However skipping me once is an accident. Any more is intentional. Each visit I had to endure extended wait times for the pharmacist to confirm paperwork matched my profile info. No one made the effort to inform the pharmacist that they were needed. I kindly waited over 20 minutes in one visit. When asked why I'm waiting they explained the above. I called them out firmly that they suck at their job(s) and should have informed the pharmacist that folks were waiting on her in drive through. They gave me the equivalent of that sucks for you. You have to wait. If I gotta wait. Don't go back to your podium and stand there for 20 minutes. Go tell the person in charge that they're needed. I was blacklisted because I called them out on their poor excuse of operation as a pharmacy. When I reached out to corporate and filing an official complaint, they said the dm would reach out to me swiftly. That was October 18th of 2023! It's now November 20th. 2023. When I called corporate again 2 weeks ago, they said the dm already called me on Oct 19th. My cell records don't have anything that's not saved in my phone. That was a lie. Then today I called and was told that they're not going to look into it because the pharmacist made the call and that's all they're willing to do. No investigation. No override and certainly no clean house to retrain people on how to run a pharmacy. Whats the point of corporate and people above the pharmacist if they're not going to make sure things are done properly. A child who can read is capable of the stuff I "had" to wait for.

First, this cvs (off 231 in Crown Point, IN) has their clocks set 8-10 min ahead. So when I came in at 7:45 pm to get my rx, their clock showed I had about 5 min. Until closing time. They already had the window blockers down on most of the pharmacy section. Next, Alexandria clearly needs more people skills. The look on her face and attitude that she gave me, told me she was irritated a customer came in 15 min before closing, (5 min on cvs time). Due to an error on their part, they put in wrong good rx code. Next, it was the wrong price even after changing code. I showed her my phone and price. She said nothing she can do, it’s the price that comes up on system. I asked who do I need to talk to so I can get straightened out. I was told she cant help me because they close at 8:00. Lol. So I reiterated my question and said, “ok, thats fine. But who do I need to talk to so I can get this straightened out? Do i call good rx or cvs?” In an irritated tone once again, she said good rx. Found out the reason I didnt get correct pricing was because they filled my dog’s medication without my knowledge the week before. I never authorized auto refill. When good rx called me back I was told the woman she talked to at cvs was not very friendly and that whomever she spoke to told her I had an attitude last night. I guess this is how professionals deal with the public. Just like high schoolers. Lol. Cvs management needs to teach these pharmacy workers how to keep the correct time, and also how to give much better customer service. Grow up. And please get more training. Terrible way to deal with customers.Edit: added Pic to show…a 10 min. Difference in time. Need i say more? Oh…and the reason it went to 8:07 was because of cvs mistake with the good rx number. And now I realized why I didnt get the correct amount on coupon…they also have my address wrong. And that should match my gold card for good rx. So “Jaree” make sure you tell the truth. Also, you may wanna come up with a better story next time you say you’re a “customer” giving nutso reviews. Lol. It’s obvious who you are by the amount of psychotic anger you showed regarding a “customer review” for cvs. So defensive for “a customer”. Have a drink or something…that bp is probably a little high. I guess all us 1 star reviewers must be lying tho.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Was just at this location to fill a prescription and they were out of stock even though a couple days before that they said they were, and would definitely have it filled. I went there before they closed, and with a line of 3 people they decided once it was past 8:00 they could no longer help. That was obviously the managers call, and they could have made an exception. Terrible customer service at this location, would advise going anywhere else.

The worst customer service at a pharmacy I've ever experienced. I understand we are all human, we have bad days but no one here is ever pleasant to deal with. If you don't like your job, do something else!

The team at 231&Broadway are absolutely fantastic! Always helpful and always smiling. I really will go out of my way to go to that store over others!

I'll never trust CVS again. They're out of a prescription I picked up there every month for YEARS! Now, how can they not have it in stock? 2 other pharmacies in town have it in stock. Bye, Bye, CVS. You've lost another customer today. I'm certain you've lost more than my business, recently. You can't "run out" of medication people buy from you month after month, and be a good choice as a neighborhood pharmacy. You should have back up suppliers and this shows your business plan, whatever it is, is failing. Goodbye! (CVS in Crown Point, IN on 231. They also told me no other CVS in a 20 mile radius has my prescription in stock. Both Osco and Walgreens answered they have it in stock when I called them.)

The pharmacy is a complete train wreck. Terrible customer service, rude, unprofessional, lazy, the list goes on. Only seems to be one worker there who cares. Highly recommend NOT going through this pharmacy.

Ya know, showing empathy and respect towards customers from the Pharmacy asking a SIMPLE question goes a long way. I know a lot of customers can be difficult, but my question was just a simple yes or no question. Show respect, get respect back.I had nothing but a nice and respectful tone and got such an annoyed attitude back at me. I work a job where I have to speak to customers and I never speak in that manner.

7:30 pm -The pharmacist was very rude and told my husband that my prescription wasn’t even there. My husband asked another girl to check and see and she said yes, it was there and so the pharmacist said it would take 15 minutes . Five minutes later the pharmacist called my name and told my husband that they did not accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. We were trying to use this CVS pharmacy because our pharmacy in Rensselaer would be closed by the time I got home and I really needed the medicine. I can understand why this pharmacy only gets a 2.7 stars; go elsewhere if you need care.

The pharmacist was rude and the person that helps is not any better. Even though my prescription was presented at 8 pm, when I went to pick up the prescription at 8:40 it was not ready and they told me that they are in closing in 10 minutes and won’t be ready to picked until next day.

Apparently one of the few that’s had a good experience here but I drove everywhere looking for a certain kind of headphones Walmart didn’t have them target didn’t and I don’t know how but CVS did the lady was nice and helpful. I don’t usually go there but after this I guess I’ll be checking cvs more often

The CVS located on Broadway Avenue, in Crown Point, Indiana, treats ALL their customers with respect, dignity, and gracious patience! If it wasn't for the hardworking team there, I would've NEVER received my pre-ordered photographs I purchased online, using their app. If it wasn't for the staff at this particular CVS - I initially ordered the photos from the closer CVS, located on N. Main St. in Crown Point, Indiana, but was politely told I needed to go to the OTHER CVS in Crown Point, Indiana to get my, "Thank You So Much" cards that I handed out to my neighbors, family, friends and community! That was a bit confusing, but everything worked out in the end. I don't hate either CVS, I just don't like ordering using their mobile app, shopping at one store, then being told, "Oh, SORRY, you got to go to the OTHER CVS for those pictures." So, I did!
